M-Tech goes the extra mile for its clients. Aswell as the standard engine packages, we offer a bespoke build service, that you can customise to your needs. These engines include:

Brand New Engine Package
We offer a wide range of brand new Zetec and Duratec Engines. Our packages typically consist of a brand new engine with flywheel, clutch, thermostat etc, bundled with:
- Brand new Jenvey Throttle Body setup
- V3 or V4 Engine Management System
- Pre-loaded Basemap
Our systems are truly turn-key. Simply install the engine, clip on the pre-made harness, turn the key, and enjoy
This gives the package the quoted power figures when used with a 4-1 exhaust manifold system.
Reconditioned Engine Package
We supply a range of reconditioned Silvertop Zetec engines, to suit the older style of engine mountings. These of course still come with all the necessary parts and upgrades. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
Our Turn-Key Engines
To make things even easier for the first time builder, we can wire these engines for you after you have installed it for just £250. Not only that but you get an hours free dyno time to allow us to fine tune the car for you on the rollers.
Zetec Engine Package - 170 BHP
Our Zetec-175 power-plant features a brand new 2.0 Blacktop Zetec engine, equiped with brand new 45mm Jenvey throttle bodies, injectors, fuel rail, manifold, linkage and TPS sensor as well as our V4 Engine management system, loom and software. Not only that, but it is basemapped to produce 170 BHP when used in conjunction with a typical 4-1 exhaust manifold.
A solid, reliable starting package for 2.0 Throttle Bodied power! The ECU is fully remappable, so if you decide to later upgrade the camshafts (See our 190 package), or even consider supercharging, then the V4 will happy run the new engine after a visit to our rolling road.

Zetec Engine Package - 190 BHP
Our Zetec-190 power-plant, based on the great starting package of the 170 BHP unit, comes complete with upgraded Piper fast road cams, giving a staggering 190 BHP from such a robust and compact unit. Simply wire up, turn the key, and drive. Pre-mapped for 190BHP, it includes an hours free time on our rolling road to tune the map to your exhaust system.

Duratec 200 2.0 Litre Engine Package - 180 BHP
The Duratec is the latest addition to our engine line-up. An all alloy construction gives this engine a dry weight of under 150Kg. Featuring chain driven cam gear, and coil-on-plug ignition, this is the latest development for reliable high power with massive weight savings.
Our Throttle Bodied 2.0 Litre Duratec produces 180BHP out of the box, with options for further headwork and cams to give near 300BHP of normally
aspirated power.
