The task at hand...

Dan came to us after a cam belt failure on his freshly forged C20LET turbo powered Vauxhall Nova. Instead of spending time and money rebuilding the head, he went for a new stage 4 head, fitted with Kent cams, 3 angled oversize valves, and a full port and polishing. Couple this with a GT28RS Turbo and our V4 managment and we should be seeing over 400bhp from this little monster!

Change of Plans

Danny has decided to go AWD, 500+ bhp! We will be using Evo5 RS running gear coupled up tot he LET engine! Watch this space. We are also prividing comprehensive updates on migweb:

Turbocharger

To support 500+bhp, we have opted on a genuine Garrett GT35-R Turbo charger. Here are some pics of the new turbo:

Roll Cage

To add some rigidity to the shell and also give us a base to support the Evo rear diff and tunnel etc, we have also decided to fit a 12 point weld in MSA approved roll cage....

We have here the car fully stripped (engine to come out asap) ready for the cage to be installed...
