Ingram's S14 Circuit Car

Ingram brought his S14 to us to have engine management and mapping carried out locally. There are two very interesting features to this circuit racer...
The first, is it is an SR20DET powered S14, built a raced (well drifted!) by Team Falken, GB. This meant that chassis, cage and brakes were going to be up to the job, leaving it to Ingram to set the suspension up for circuit racing, and us to get the monster running!
The second thing, being the owner of 'The Green Fuel Company', whom specialise in all things LPG, it just wouldn't be right for this car to be raced on anything other than LPG, certainly setting it apart from its petrol guzzling competitors!

So far, running a conservative 15psi, the car has made 276BHP, with over 300Ft/Lbs of Torque!
Ingram raced it at Castle Combe on 31/08/09, and after qualifying 19th, he finished the race 14th overall, not a bad result for its first outing, with a safe 5,500RPM rev limit!
Back for more
Ingram was back to us afte the last race, after fixing his trigger wheel and running the engine in. We remapped it to 320bhp/320ft/lb at 1 Bar, and the old gearbox failed! It was a quick over nighter to get the box changed for the weekends race..... update to follow!
