Switchable maps is a standard feature of the V4 EMS. It allows you to switch between two ignition, fuel and boost maps whilst driving, instantaniously, by the flick of a switch. It is more commonly used as a way of running for example, an economy/emissions map and then having the abiility to switch to a race map, increasing boost levels etc as needed.

The Swichtable Maps output from the ECU must run through a SPST (Single-Pole, Single Throw, i.e a toggle switch) such that when the switch is on, the ECU connection for the switchable map output is connected to GROUND.

This will activate VE Table 3 and Spark Table 2 and Boost Table 2.
